What to Expect When You Book Shawn

When you invest your time with Shawn, you can expect prompt, professional service.  Shawn knows that your time is valuable and he makes your change his number one priority.  Personal Sessions are as easy as 1-2-3!

1.  Your Free Discovery Call

Your first session generally lasts for 30 minutes.  It is a sharing and discovery session.  Shawn welcomes any questions you have and will be asking questions about you and the changes you want.  As the session unfolds, Shawn will build a complete picture of the changes you want and discuss the roadmap that will help you achieve them.  If time permits, Shawn will guide you through a short series of relaxation exercise to determine which methods will work for you during your Change Sessions.

2.  Your Personal Sessions

Everyone changes at a different pace.  Although hypnosis can assist in expediting the changes you want to make, most people usually require between two and four Hypnosis Sessions.  Each Hypnosis Session lasts between approximately one hour.  During this time, you will be very relaxed and focused on the changes you want to make.  As your session draws to a close, Shawn will review your session with you and book your next session if one is required.

3.  Your Follow-Up

This appointment is provided three months after your final hypnosis session.  It is a quick check-in to ensure that the changes you have invested in are working for you.
